Problems With Your Order

Contact us promptly if a laundry basket, wash bag, drying accessory, fabric-care tool, or another purchased item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or substantially unlike its description.

After confirming a problem attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, reshipment, or return without additional costs caused by that error.
