Acceptance of Terms

Using zyqverul.com, placing a purchase, or using our services means accepting the applicable terms and published store policies.

If you do not accept them, discontinue use and do not submit an order.

Eligibility

Independent purchasing requires you to be at least 18 or to have reached the legal age for a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

Users below that age should involve a parent or legal guardian.

Customer Accounts

Where accounts are available, provide accurate information and reasonably protect your login details. Contact support about suspected unauthorized access or other security concerns.

Product Information

We aim to give clear descriptions, photos, measurements, materials, prices, options, and availability for our laundry-care products.

Items may include laundry baskets, sorting accessories, wash bags, drying accessories, and garment-care tools.

Photography, lighting, screens, and ordinary manufacturing tolerances can affect apparent colors, measurements, and finishes.

Review specifications carefully, including capacity, garment-care requirements, machine compatibility, assembly, and other functional details.

Order Submission & Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to buy. An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not always mean final acceptance.

Inventory, payment, verification, and fulfillment checks may apply. We may reasonably limit or cancel purchases affected by unavailable stock, suspected fraud, unsuccessful verification, clear pricing mistakes, or delivery restrictions.

If we cancel after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices use U.S. dollars unless a different currency is clearly shown. Checkout displays applicable product amounts, delivery charges, taxes, and discounts before payment.

Processing & Shipping

Preparation normally takes 2-4 business days after payment confirmation, with up to 5 business days during unusually busy periods.

Estimated standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed dates, and shipping fees appear at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Qualifying products have a 30-calendar-day return window after delivery, subject to return requirements.

After receipt, inspection, and approval of an eligible return, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Approved returns have no restocking fee. Shipping-cost treatment depends on the reason. Read our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Inspect items promptly and report damage, defects, missing contents, wrong goods, or substantial description differences preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Provide the order number and relevant pictures where available. A confirmed error attributable to us will receive an appropriate refund, replacement, reshipment, or return without extra costs caused by that error.

Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Request changes or cancellation immediately. We try to assist before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing, or shipment preparation starts.

No cancellation fee applies when cancellation succeeds before fulfillment.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Offers may have expiry dates, minimum purchases, product restrictions, or usage limits.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash. Apply discounts before completing payment.

Product Use & Safety

Use products for their stated functions and follow the supplied instructions.

Check garment-care labels and the product's washing, drying, temperature, capacity, and compatibility directions. Handle tools, moving parts, and small components carefully.

Observe supplied age guidance, warnings, material limitations, and care requirements. Keep items away from children where appropriate.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact support before large-volume or resale purchases to confirm inventory and terms.

Buying products does not automatically authorize a claim to be an official zyqverul distributor or representative.

Intellectual Property

Our branding, website materials, product presentation, photos, graphics, original content, and other protected materials are subject to intellectual-property rights.

Unauthorized copying, publication, or commercial use is prohibited except where applicable law permits it.

Reviews & Customer Content

Where submissions are available, provide truthful, lawful, relevant content.

Voluntarily submitting material for publication grants us a nonexclusive license to display and use it for store operation and promotion, subject to law and privacy obligations.

Fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content may be removed.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the site to:

• Commit fraud or unlawful acts.
• Submit unauthorized payment details.
• Access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Distribute malware or disrupt security.
• Unlawfully collect another person's information.
• Infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Falsely claim an association with zyqverul.

We may take reasonable protective action when prohibited conduct is identified.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our store relies on Shopify and may use external payment, fulfillment, delivery, analytics, and communications services.

External providers follow their own terms, availability standards, and privacy practices.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Severe weather, disasters, transport interruptions, customs delays, government action, significant outages, and similar events beyond reasonable control can affect delivery and website operations.

When an order is affected, we will reasonably seek to communicate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Where law permits, website services have no warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

Liability for indirect or consequential loss may be limited where permitted. Non-excludable liabilities, warranties, and consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Applicable Law & Disputes

Applicable law governs these terms, including mandatory consumer protections relevant to the transaction or customer location.

Contact service@zyqverul.com so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. This does not prevent exercising available legal rights or remedies.

Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as legally permitted.

Delayed or absent enforcement does not automatically waive later enforcement.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms when practices, services, or requirements change. The current version appears on zyqverul.com.

Unless the law requires otherwise, the terms in effect when a purchase is placed generally govern that transaction.
